Our Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with transportation needs and baggage assistance, when required.
All duties are performed in accordance with department policies, practices, and procedures.
? ? Key Responsibilities include:
Transport guests and employees to and from predetermined locations.
Assist passengers in loading and unloading their luggage to/from the vehicle.
Maintains decent conversation with guests and assists with directions.
Answer guests questions in a polite and gentle manner.
Maintain constant communication with the supervisor or manager.
Carries out regular vehicle maintenance checks before each run.
Obey all traffic rules and regulations when operating the shuttle.
Keep supervisor or manager always informed of location.
Always keep the vehicle in good condition, including maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of vehicle.
Return vehicle with full tank of gas at end of shift.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
This includes the operation of other company vehicles.
What you will bring:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent One?(1) - two?(2) years' experience?in shuttle operations is preferred.
Must possess a clean driving record.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
