Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Barack/Busser.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly by providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests in a timely manner - Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables - Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces - Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste - Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of service - Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly - Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects
