Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach is owned and managed by TPI Hospitality.

Knowledge of local vegetation and its maintenance is required.
The Groundskeeper position will ensure that the resort is maintained in pristine condition for owners/guests.
Key Responsibilities include:
Perform Grounds Keeping and maintenance duties.
Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
Trim and hedge around walks, flower beds and walls; prior experience with power landscape tools preferred.
Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
Apply fertilizer to grounds to enhance growth.
Shovel shell and mulch, maintain potted plants.
Perform routine maintenance duties such as weeding.
Sweep walkway of debris.
Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
Physical Requirements:
Bending Twisting, kneeling, crouching, & crawling Lifting to 50 pounds Pushing / Pulling Standing 90% of the time Ability to communicate.
Safety Requirements:
Ability to follow the safety policy.
To be present at all pre shift safety briefings.
The use of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required based on the job you are performing.
Ability to work outside in heat for extended periods of time.
Experience:
Groundskeeping:
1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) About TPI Hospitality:
