The Host or Hostess position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards.
Hold yourself accountable for exceeding every guests expectations.
Familiar with reservation systems, such as Open Table.
Ability to remain composed while maintaining a waitlist.
Strong customer communication skills.
Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations.
Clearly understand and hold yourself accountable for the expectations of the Host or Hostess position.
Treat the restaurant as if it were your own.
Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates.
Assure that your daily actions reflect TPIs nine core values.
What you will bring:
High School or Equivalent Greeting customers.
Top-notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
Standing and walking more than 50% of the time The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
