The Host or Hostess position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Guest Service Standards:
Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards and strive to exceed every guest's expectation.
Utilize reservations systems like Open Table and manage waitlists efficiently, demonstrating strong customer communication skills.
Supervisor Collaboration:
Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations, understanding and fulfilling the expectations of the Host/Hostess position.
Restaurant Ownership Mentality:
Treat the restaurant as if it were your own, taking pride in its appearance, atmosphere, and customer experience.
Safety and Environment:
Assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
What you will bring:
High School or Equivalent.
Top notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
Standing and walking more than 50% of the time.
The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
