Hotel Night Auditor

Mancan is currently looking for a hotel night auditor for a high end beach resort on Fort Myers Beach.
Knowledge of the area, comfortable directing guests with map quest and maps.
Making, Cancelling and Changing Reservations.
Checking in arriving Guests and out Departing Guests.
Handling guest payments in cash, counting change, balancing cash and credit cards.
Assisting Guests with upgrades, room moves, billing issues, directions, arranging Taxi's, answering emails, and guest inquiries, guest deliveries, luggage, etc.
Sorting and Filing of reservations, confirmation and other Front Office Materials, direct mail of post cards, brochures and other mail material, completing postage on mail material
Directing calls to other guests and/or radioing information to in house departments and outside vendors when necessary.
Night audit duties - close audit, review and reconcile audit.
Other Duties deemed necessary by the Manager
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to Read, Write and speak English, bi-lingual is a bonus
Excellent Customer Service Skills, compassionate nature and ability to multi task.
Able to comprehend &, work a computer; plus type at least 40 words a minute
Punctuality is extremely important as well as flexibility and able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
Ability to communicate and work closely with other Team Members or working alone
Must be able to lift, stand and climb stairs
Must be able to answer and speak clearly on the Telephone
Ability to work a flexible schedule 24/7 including nights, weekends and holidaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
