MUST HAVE
The candidate MUST have 3-5 years HANDS ON and WELL VERSED in CNC experience in PRECISION MACHINING from Medical device, dental, orthopedic, Biological, Military related clients/industry experience preferred.

This position is for highly-skilled CNC Machinists with a minimum of 5 years of active CNC experience/training. Openings exist on each first and second shifts.
Main Objective:
To produce superior product following machining processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair instrumentality once isn't in operation properly.
Makes changes to systematically meet blueprint specifications.
Performs improvement of machines, parts, and tooling frequently.
Verify examination tools issued to job ar there and proper.
Demonstrates responsibility for the safeguard of all company instrumentality and dealing tools.
Demonstrates ability to contour processes leading to a rise of productivity and quality.
Reads and interprets blueprints, coming up with sheets, sketches, and connected technical information to work out tooling needs, setup procedures, management settings, and machining strategies and sequences.
Enter commands to retrieve preprogrammed directions from information base.
Starts machine and monitors displays and operation to discover malfunctions.
Operates machine manually to perform non-automated functions and once automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions.
Sets-up Mori Seiki multi axis turning centers with dual spindle and live tooling, Citizen Swiss turning centers with dual spindle and live tooling, vertical machining center with fanuc control by installing and adjusting live tooling, chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.
Measures, marks and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining. Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards.
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments accessories, and materials on machines such as mill lathes, jig borers, grinders and shapers.
Experience with reading and writing G-code programming a and.
Must be able to browse drawings, perceive work directions and also the use of shut tolerance examination tools.
Education and
Experience:
o High faculty certification or equivalent needed.
o Minimum 5 years of directly-related CNC operation and setup experience/training needed.
o Knowledge and ability Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
o Full operating information of machining properties of common metals and alloys.
o Good mechanical ability. Advance blue print reading skills.
o Proficient with measure instrumentality and instruments.
o General information of tool life.
o Ability to contour machining method.
o Demonstrates housework prescript.
Machine, Tools, and/or instrumentality Skills:
o Machining and basic programming information of any or all of the subsequent CNC equipment: mills, lathes, grinders.
o Experience victimization micrometers, calipers, mounted gauges, optical gauges and alternative preciseness measure instrumentality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
